To use your active kids vouchers for one of our afterschool programs, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

Apply for your Active Kids Voucher by following the instructions on this link:

Step 2

Please fill out the form for your AKV to be processed:

Step 3

Once the voucher is processed, Manly Surf will contact you to confirm the booking, but if you don’t hear from us, please call us on (02) 99327000.

IMPORTANT!
As per the Terms and conditions list on the Active Kids Vouchers, vouchers cannot be refunded for cash or change or mind circumstances.  Office staff will be on leave from the 24 December 2022 to the 2 January 2023 and will not be processing vouchers during this time.
